Last updated 8 October 2026

Who we are

In short: we collect as little personal data as we can, use it only for the reasons listed here, never sell it, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.

This policy explains how Accel Safety ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit accelsafety.com, contact us, take part in our referral programme or follow us on social media. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the Bangladesh data protection framework that applies to our Dhaka office.

For this website, Accel Safety is the controller of your personal data.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal data or share it for advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host the website, deliver email (including the messages you send through our forms) and keep backups, under written contracts that meet GDPR Article 28.
  • Our technology partner, VeinTech Software, where needed to deliver or support our products, under the same safeguards.
  • Authorities or advisers when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

This website loads no third-party trackers, advertising tags, social media plugins or externally hosted fonts. Links to our LinkedIn and Facebook are plain links: those services receive data only if you click through, under their own privacy policies.

International transfers

We operate from the United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh, and some providers may process data in other countries. When personal data from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK addendum where relevant), with additional measures such as encryption in transit and at rest.
