AccelKnit · textile ERP

Every kilo, traced.

From the spinning mill to the circular knitting floor, through dyeing, to finished goods on a truck — AccelKnit keeps one Program ID on every record, so the numbers hold at every hand-over.

01 · Spinning mill

Yarn arrives with its lot.

Fibre becomes yarn on the ring frames and is wound onto cones. When the buyer's yarn reaches your store, it is booked in by lot, count and weight — the trace starts here, not on a clipboard.

02 · Circular knitting

Kilos per machine, per shift.

Each machine draws yarn from its creel with the exact lot recorded. Production is logged in kg per machine and shift with the operator, and every reject is scanned and logged with its defect type — rejected fabric is never billed.

03 · Dyeing

Colour with a recipe on record.

Greige fabric moves to the jet dyeing machines. The batch keeps its Program ID, so the recipe, temperature and time sit beside the kilos that went in and came out.

04 · Textile goods out

Delivered on a coded receipt. Billed on delivery.

Rolls and goods leave on a printable delivery receipt with a unique code. Billing follows what was delivered, leftover yarn goes back on a return challan, and the buyer's balance updates itself.

05 · One Program ID

One thread through the whole line.

Store, production, quality, delivery, billing and returns all point back to one Program ID. Buyers trust your balance sheet because every number has a trail.

AccelKnit is the knitting-factory ERP. Every kilogram received, knitted, rejected, delivered, returned and billed traces back to one Program ID, so buyers trust your numbers.
